Cooking Instructions

  • For 1 cup of Premix add ½ cup of thick sour curd. Add 3 tablespoon (Little less than ¼ cup) water. Mix well.
  • Allow it to ferment for 15-20 mins.
  • Apply oil to idly vessel. Put Rava idly batter and steam it for 15-20 mins
  • Remove idly's from vessel allow it to cool

Note: Batter should be of thick consistency and not flowing consistency.
